Locality and Arts and Crafts Awakening are holding a discussion and advisory session to promote Middleton’s Heritage, including Edgar Wood, the Parish Church and Long Street Methodist Church and School. Zoe, Lindsey and Chris of Locality will help us think through how best to develop our ideas.
We will begin at 6pm with news and feedback from the two subgroups, Lettings Group and History/Archive Group which will shape our discussions for the evening.
We want to finalise an Awards for All grant bid to make the school a better place for community events. We should also like to consider a further Heritage Lottery Fund Grant to develop the idea of a History Library and Arts & Crafts Archive/Museum.
